Grabs for steel plate, billet and ingot.

Our grabs for outside gripping and ingot grabs are widely used for the operations of stacking, transporting, and translating in steel-making factories, storage places and ports. With the strong clamping force produced by lever system to touch the surface of the load, it transports the load with the friction force, and operates automatically with the switch of hold open device which makes the gripping legs opened and locked.

Offering four series of grabs of outside gripping and ingot grabs: 1. mechanical lever type (to control open and lock by mechanical hold open device); 2. electrical lever type (to control open and lock by electrical windlass); 3. electrical translating type (to control open and lock by threaded spindle drive unit, and to control the second clamping by wedge-grip jaw); and 4. hydraulic pressure lever type (to control open and lock by hydraulic pressure system, and hold by accumulator and dwelling system after clamping).

We will turn over a most practical suspension set to the buyers with the special design and manufacturing by our experts providing they inform us their special requirements such as single block or multi-blocks, the maximum & minimum lengths and the maximum & minimum widths of the sheets/ingot, and the maximum weight.
